How much does a Boise party bus cost?+
Pricing starts at $400 for the first 2 hours on the Bitty Wagon or Lil Wild Wagon, and runs up to $600 for the first 2 hours on the Wizard Wagon. Additional hours are $100 to $150 each. See the Pricing page for full details.
How far in advance should I book?+
4 to 8 weeks for peak weekends (May through October, holiday weekends, graduation, and NYE). 1 to 2 weeks is fine for off-peak weekdays. Last-minute? Call us, we sometimes have openings.
What is the deposit?+
A booking deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due before your event. We'll walk you through the exact amount when you book.
Where do you pick up?+
Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, and the broader Treasure Valley. We also run trips to Sun Valley, McCall, and Twin Falls for destination events.
Is alcohol allowed on board?+
Yes, BYOB for guests 21 and over. We provide coolers, cups, and ice. No glass containers.
What about pickup and drop-off?+
We handle door-to-door pickup at your hotel, home, or starting venue, with multi-stop routes built into the booking at no extra charge.
Do you do wedding shuttles?+
Yes, repeat hotel-to-venue loops are one of our most-booked wedding services. Book 6 to 12 months out for May through October weddings.
Do you do wine tours?+
Yes, the Sunnyslope Wine Trail in Caldwell is our most popular tour. We pre-plan 3 to 4 winery stops with a lunch break, 6 to 7 hours total.
Do you operate during the holidays?+
Yes, Christmas lights tours run mid-November through early January. NYE books out by November.
What's the maximum group size?+
30 passengers on the Baddie Wagon or Wizard Wagon. Larger groups can book two buses on the same route.
Do you provide a designated driver only, no party?+
We are a party-bus operator, our buses come with the full party setup (sound, lights, coolers). For a quiet transfer, call us, we'll quote it.
